This foal is currently located at Sanway Stock Farm in Carberry, Manitoba, Canada. A current negative Coggins test and health certificate will accompany each foal. This is included in the price of each foal as well as the costs for border and permit fees necessary to cross the border into the U.S.

At the time of sale, foals will be transported from Sanway Stock Farm to designated destinations which are arranged by Sanway Stock Farm in advance. Foals must be picked up from drop off facility within 48 hours of arriving at that facility. If foal is not to be picked up within 2 days of arrival at the facility, then a boarding fee (per foal) shall be paid to holding facility. Boarding must be arranged in advance and is the responsibility of the buyer. Boarding fees vary at different facilities.

A deposit of at least half the purchase price (per foal) must be paid within 3 days of request to reserve a foal. This will hold your choice of foal(s). Deposit is Non-Refundable. Full payment must be received before August 25th, 2008.

Deposits can be made by PayPal , certified checks, bank drafts Western Union or any Financial Institution issued International money orders.

No personal checks or postal money orders will be accepted.

Foals will only leave Sanway Stock Farm if they are 100% sound and healthy. In the event a foal becomes injured or ill during the summer prior to being hauled to its new owner in the fall, the foal will not travel and a full refund including the transportation fees will be refunded to the buyer. A veterinarian pre purchase exam is also available to each buyer at the buyers expense, if requested. We are confident in the foals we offer, therefore if any foal fails to pass a pre purchase exam, we will issue the buyer a full refund on their deposit.

We use the BEST haulers available. We make sure they will take excellent care of the foals while in transport. We anticipate safe foal transport.  However, due to the nature and age of foals and the hazards of road travel, stress, or air impurities, etc., the transporter, and seller, can not be held responsible for accidents or health. Sanway Stock Farm is not responsible for foals who become ill or die from any condition during and after transport. Once the foals leave Sanway Stock Farm, they are the responsibility of the buyer. Any expenses or problems that arise during transport will be referred to the buyer.

Both parties agree upon the following terms: Buyer agrees that from the time their foal leaves Sanway Stock Farm all expenses incurred - including but not limited to - board (if applicable), veterinary care, farrier, etc. is the responsibility of the buyer. The foal solely belongs to the buyer from the time it leaves Sanway Stock Farm on route to its new owner. All its expenses are its new owners responsibility. An individual insurance policy for each horse is highly recommended to cover liability, medical and life. Purchase of horse insurance is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Seller disclaims any implied warranty of condition, merchantability, health or fitness for a particular purpose. Said foal(s) being in their present condition "as is" and "where is."
